Hi.
I'm surprised that no-one's mentioned 1st Page 2000. It's free, it's packed
with features, plug-in JS and CGI scripts as standard, is (I beleive Y2K
compliant <grin>), and only five megabytes to download.
You can get it from www.evrsoft.com.
NOTE: I have absolutely NO connection with that company - other than using
their products!
In appearance it resembles Allaire's HomeSite 4, but with the facility to
readily tailor the GUI to what I would cal simple, professional, or damn
complex levels of usability.
Heck, it even supports multiple document openings, although it won't perform
global cut/paste across all open docs at the moment, which is it's only
downside, IMHO.
Go for it. You have nothing to loose by a download of five megs!
