In a google advanced search, I entered "download" on the first line.
on the next line [the phrase line[, I entered "IE 5.5", then on the
line for exclusions I placed a "6" to avoid searchs for a download
of the 6.what version.
The above URL appears to be what you might be looking for. It has
instructions, etc, so within the results you may find the answer to the
question of reformatting or not.
