I think I should clarify what I mean when I ask, "Does it work?"  What I
mean to say is, should this tag make it possible so that when you print out
a table, the table header always appears at the top of each page (assuming
the table, when printed out, is multiple pages).

I've tested this out and have not seen an example that succeeds in doing
this in IE 4, 5, NN6, or anything else.
