I don't this if this is the product you were referring to, but IBM has a
product called Home Page Reader http://www-3.ibm.com/able/hpr.htm ;
you can download a 30-day demo at:
http://www-3.ibm.com/able/hprtrial25.htm
The full licensed version is $149.00
and get this - it only works with Netscape!

One thing to keep in mind - for the moment at least - is the most of the
blind
use either LYNX or IE because they are the friendliest to speech.
Netscape will not take any efforts to make their browser accessible and are
openly hostile to the blind. (sigh) For some reason there seems to be a
real
antipathy there that I don't understand.
I use NN 4+ for my work and prefer it. My husband can't use it at all.
IBM is coming out with a new product that costs $300 (at the moment I can't
think of the name) that may be the solution for those of the blind who can
afford it. The final word isn't in on that yet.
The best way to program is for cross browser/cross platform compatibility,
although it can be absolutely maddening at times.
