Netscape hates my tables...

Hello!
I haven't counted but I think this is my 10th question/problem! yeah!
Anyways, here's the problem:
IE shows table cells no matter what (right?), but Netscape doesn't like
blank cells. I have cells with backgrounds in them but nothing else. IE
shows them, but Netscape just ignores the cells as if they didn't exist. I
have heights and widths already in the cell descriptions. How do I fix
this?
Check out what I mean. View it in Explorer to see what it's supposed to
look like and then see what Netscape takes out.
