Problem about uploading files to a webserver

Hi Everyone:

I know this is probably going to be off-topic and since the solution is
probably going to involve ASP, PHP or whatever it should be posted
elsewhere but since I don't know the answer at this time I trust I will
be forgiven.

I need to give visitors to a page the opportunity to upload a file from
their HD to a folder on my W2K server.  I don't want them to be able to
select the location on my server, that is to be pre-defined for obvious
reasons; I just want them to be able to click on an appropriate link to
upload a file which will then allow them to browse their drive and then
hit an upload button.

Any advice on the best way to achieve this and a pointer to where to go
to read about it would be greatly appreciated.
