Here is what I use... there may be better ones out there. This is to refer the page to a new one.. <META http-equiv="refresh" content="5;url=yourpage.html"> this is so they don't cache the old info.... <META HTTP-EQUIV=PRAGMA CONTENT="no-cache"> Hope this helps..
