I think the previous reply was a blatant example of commercial spam. 
It would have been one thing, and completely sufficient to answer the=
 original posters question and move on. But no, he misrepresented himself=
 as an American official, offered monetarily valuable rewards and=
 referenced to admittedly personal products in the "Official Guide to=
 tests" and solicits membership for the marked unrecognised UPPT.
	Please note, he refused to sign the document and admits it may not have=
 been sent as designed, that it has been reviewed by an editor of purely=
 evil intent. Also, all advertisement should be sent with a footer=
 describing how to be removed from such lists. 

	This is SPAM at it's worsed and should be banned as such.
