Form Validation Woes

Hi Everyone.

I am having a FORM validation problem using JS.  I basically have a script
and I want it to make sure that atleast ONE checobok is selected before the
form is submitted.  The problem is when there are many checkboxes the script
works fine, but when there is only one checkobx it doesn't.

Please goto the link below and see 4 ur self. Whether the checkbox is
checked or not, the "WARNING" alert comes up (This page only has one check
box...):-

Butt he page below has the identical script but multiple check boxes, and it
works as expected.
