Sent this last week and got one response... trying again.
I have a client that I acquired, that has a site that has a webstore in
frames. We have a problem with the way it is set up.. when
you go to place an order the main frame refers to the secure
server, you get the pop up box indicating the page is secure
but the lock won't come on. From my understanding this is because
the controling frame isn't secure so it is hiding it.
How can you make that lock appear? Is this possible? I know
I have seen this in other framed sites and they were secure, and showed
the lock so I know there is a way. But I am not a frames person
and this shopping cart is very cumbersome to figure out.
Do I have to have the entire framed site showing secure even if they
are only browsing for items? It really shouldn't go to secure unless
it is referring to the form where the person fills out their info.
Any Thoughts?
Sincerely,
Nancy
