The hosting service I use has been wonderful.  I couldn't ask for a better
experience...the tech support has been fast and efficient as well.  They
"held my hand" in the beginning when I was learning the ropes without making
me feel stupid (a BIG PLUS!! ) and have been there as I grew...
I believe they offer what you are looking for...in your cost range as well.
