Browser title using frames

I don't think my original posting went so:

 Silly question guys, I did a site using frames recently with a button bar
in
the left frame and the actual site pages in the right hand frame.
I want the title of the browser to reflect changes to the web page when the
right frame updates but I am unsure how to do this as it uses the title from
the original framset page.  I have had it suggested that JavaScript can do
this but I have been unable to get it to work. Help!
