No.
They don't have to read the code. I do. ;)
Since the *inception* of CSS, I have been using three-digit codes.
There's no valid reason not to, and I am incredibly surprised to even
see this debate come to light as 99% of the people I've dealt with as
far as CSS goes have done it that way.
