It depends on the design of the site.
It depends on the style of the site.
For example, if the width of a line of text is short, it is a bad idea to
justify the text.
Same thing if the size of chars is bigger.
It is a good idea to justify if there are more columns of text on the screen
placed side by side, especially if nothing separate those columns...
If the style of the text is informal, with the titles aligned to the left,
it is a good idea not to justify, while if the style of the text is formal,
with the text tab indented, or with the title centered, you'll better
justify it...
