Hi Aline The tracing image that you see in DW is not part of the web page and will not be seen on the finished page. The idea behind them is that you could create a mockup of a page in a graphics program, then load it as a tracing image so that you can line up the elements of your page over it. The main use for it would probably be where you have a separate designer (who creates the look they want in something like photoshop) who sends the image to the html coder who creates the page using the image as a guide. Having it visible in DW enables them to make sure everything lines up as the designer wanted it to. HTHG Brian comharsa(at)clara.net
