The reason I did this wrong in the first place is because I got a book:
Sam's Teach Yourself CSS in 24 hours (which I guess should be a clue)
On page 123 under the @ Import rule section, the author shows a style sheet
with the @import on the third line down in the line of style rules. I
assumed that there was some reason to put it there under the header rules.
Need to find myself a better book.
