Hadn't heard that one.  Not sure it's even legal to do that.  That sounds
like some real infingement of liberty to me.  So a kid can use a credit card
to buy cigarettes at a convenience store, but they can't buy a new 128 meg
stick of RAM from CDW for their PC?

The easy fix would have been to only accept credit cards, but with the new
Visa Bucks program even that isn't a safe bet anymore.  I think the porn
industry has been pounding away at this problem for several years and I
don't think they have solved it yet.  How do you verify who's at the other
end of that wire???
