Hi,
I'm trying to redo some pages to get their file sizes down, and my boss
doesn't understand the need for it. I wonder if there's anyone out
there with a dial-up connection who could try these two versions of a
page and tell me the download time for each.
I'm estimating their download time as the total of their component text
and graphic file sizes (in memory, not on disk), and dividing by 5K per
sec, but would like to make sure I'm figuring it right.
Old page:

New page:

Thanks very much in advance for anyone willing to time them for me.
Stephanie
