CSS is a vital part of the page, yes. If for no other reason than for
the table cell and image attributes, etc. I'm sure the file gets
loaded, maybe it's a question of the *order* that it's loaded?
(before, after images, etc.)

Sometimes I wish I'd studied cooking in college instead. :)
