Form sent as HTML e-mail

Does anyone know - is there a way to have the information from a form sent
e-mail just as the form appears (I guess it would be HTML format).  I'm
trying to help someone with their website and they don't like just receiving
the data as text (form field =  information).  They want it to look like the
form looks on the site.
