Buddy, I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, There is a possibility
their system has been hijacked by some ad ware / spyware.
We own a computer store, and it is AMAZING to see what happens
to people computers when the spyware overtakes their computers.
I was at one of my clients yesterday and her computer was doing what
it wanted instead of what we asked it. She has a search bar that appeared
that she doesn't know how to get rid of. They are going to dump and reload
her system
to get rid of it.
A good tool you might want to look into having them run is AdAware
http://www.lavasoft.de (FREE)
They offer paid versions but there is a free one also.
And remove the spyware that is on their system. Run it over and over until
it gets clean
as it doesn't get all of it the first time through. You can get a registry
cleaner too to
get rid of the junk that might be lurking there also.
This adware/spyware is a huge problem.
