Mailing List Program

I am looking for a CGI program that will allow me to manage multiple mailing
lists.  I need to be able to send the message to one or multiple lists,
manage the subscribers, and be able to use as many fields in the message
sending form.  Anybody got some ideas?  I have searched the CGI resource
sites all over, and can't find anything.  Would prefer something either
freeware or sharware.
