Missing a closing table tag, and you have made some errors in your entities.
The validation code is below.  You should validate everything you write.

Hi mailers,
    I have just obtained a copy of NN4.7 and now find that I cant view one
of my web sites with it. I have been through every thing in my limited
knowledge and hope some one can help me.
The site is using a Java dropdown menu and displays perfectly in Explorer
but the lower frame does not display in Netscape. I have other sites using
similar code and they work I just cant get to the bottom of the reason.
