You code the image into the page as usual:

Lots of preformatted space before the image
end space<./pre>
<.img src="myimg.jpg" align="whatever">
The whole idea is that Outlook compiles the page as one all inclusive file.
Next time you receive an email newsletter which has the files embedded,
check the message header (the same way you do when you're tracing a spam IP)
and you'll see all the code intact.
All pertinent files are sent embedded in the body of the email, but all code
works, including internal stylesheets, layers, etc.. Normal cross-browser
caveats apply.
