I can't seem to find on the PHP web site (or through a web search)
anything related to just adjusting the time returned from date() to
match a particular time zone. I'm in one zone, the server's in
another. I'd *like* to be able to move up the time/date by an hour.
I'm finding lots of complicated date comparison techniques and so-on,
but nothing about adjusting for time zone.
Help?
