strange..... id have thought that macromedia would have supported Linux.
is there an app to crete flash files on linux?
also.... not sure about 3Dmax, but Maya is being ported to linux (only 2
or 3 distrobutions though) but, i think there will be a 3rd party plugin
(or app or whatever) that will convert maya files to flash or swf
because it seems to be catching on. there are a couple for 3Dmax and
maya is a big compeditor to Max.

no they dont. linux nn 4.73 doesnt.
