You are using 

A.LinkL:hover {color: "#ff0000"; font-family: "berlin sans fb demi, arial 
rounded mt bold, arial,helvetica"; font-size: "10pt"; font-weight: 
"bold"; text-decoration : underline;}

to have the the links change color. 

That doesn't work in the current version of Netscape. A:hover only 
works in IE.
