Cant speak for all, but for me:

-anything to do with photos (editing, taking, scanning, etc)
-any graphic work (creation, manipulation, animation, etc)
-site design and layout
-database work (integrating with the site, etc)
-*any* other webpage related coding - html, dhhtml, java, javascript
-multimedia work (ie movie ripping, real video production, sound)
-flash production

Thats it.  There are some programming guys here, but they do *more* backend
stuff. I say more because I do some of that too, while they *never* do
front end or creative stuff...

But thats just me.
