Include Header

Good List...
Does any one have any type of help for me?
I am looking for a script or Tag that will help me
include a Header image to a content page.

One reason I can give and perhaps there is a better
work around. I am getting ready to deliver a requested
Frame Site and the top banner is a Header image along
with the content page and menu,Left side. I was asked
and can not find a thing on this, except it is
impossible, To print this page.. I.e. all of the
document. a quick workaround would be to creat a print
function that would combine th two or three pages
together and send it to the printer. Any clues or help
in this manner would be helpful.. 
Any JavaScript goodies one could borrow would help..

I have a niffty little scrip thtta will make sure
every thing is loaded in order but just can get it to
print.. I get an error {contains no Document}
