Hi Christine,

My first inclination would be to look in "The
Associated Press Stylebook."  Unfortunately, my copy
is too old to have Internet-related terms, but I would
hope they are being added in for usage.

The second place I would use as a source would be this
Web site:

  http://www.Webopedia.com

It is like an on-line encyclopedia of web terms.  If
you search "web site," it will return as "Web site"
and give a definiton.
