You can also work around it by using CSS position: 
relative. 
 Some variation of this should work style="position: 
relative; top: 
-17px; left:25px;" just add it to the tag of the 
element directly below 
the form  try this code out

method="post">
First name: <INPUT type="text" name="firstname"><BR>
Last name: <INPUT type="text" name="lastname"><BR>
