Hello All,
A client of mine represents a personnel firm and she
would like to have the application forms posted on her
site in such a way that the applicant can complete the
pdf form online, then submit it by clicking a submit
button. These pdf files are just fine now, but need
to be printed out then completed offline and faxed or
snailmailed in.
I have done a bit of php after creating an online
form, which parses and submits to an email address.
However, she would like to retain the pdf format. I
haven't done this before and am wondering the best way
to go about it. Do any of you have suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Margie
