If she was using her name in name in her photography 
business, she could probably use it on the web without 
any grounds for the entertain industry Madona to stop 
her. Maybe something like madonnaphotography.com? 
Or MadonnaInsert-her-last-namePhotography.com?

I had a high school friend whose real legal name was 
Benjamin Franklin. You can imagine the reactions he 
got from police when he gave them that name ... ;-)

I have a coworker who does excellent 4x5 landscape 
photography. His site is up at 
http://www.visionlandscapes.com. Do a Google search 
for "Vision Landscapes" (include the quote marks) and 
see what you find ... You won't find HIS site!
