Yep. The Internet allows multiple simultaneous 
connections, so there's nothing you can do to keep 
another connection from a different server from being 
made to a visitors computer while they're visiting your 
site.

Only thing you could do is suggest the general security 
suggestions - get and use a good firewall product, don't 
install freebie software that installs spyware, and get 
and regularly use products like Spybot Search & 
Destroy to look for and remove spyware.

Makes me glad I use OS/2 and Linux at home! ;-)
