Hmm, I saved it to my desktop and ran it through a 
validator. You have the following line 15:

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; 
charset=iso-8859-"15"">

The validator reports an invalid attribute "15" (note, you 
hav the 15 in quotes, it shouldn't be). Don't know if that 
has anything to do with it, but you might fix that.

There are also two "moota" tags on lines 16-17.

There are a couple of hexadecimal bgcolors missing 
their # signs, I doubt that has anything to do with this.
