FormMail.pl and tables

without getting into php etc questions (and I have found a formMail 
in PHP that looks nice), assuming working with matt's FormMail.pl .. 
I am interested in why this may/may not have problems with tables 
as per previous posts.

The following minimal test works fine for me

so I had a look at the Jeff Tech example of earlier in this thread and 
uploaded it to my server .. I made only minimal changes eg

<FORM action=http://www.datasciencesresearch.com/cgi-
bin/formmail.cgi method=POST>

.. the .pl extension is replaced with .cgi and the method has POST 
capitalized which, for reasons unknown to me is specified as 
MANDATORY by my hosting service 

anyway, it works just fine - as in, returns appropriate email to me. 

So maybe it is not a table related problem at all.
