Not even close. NT administration is just as arcane as 
*nix administration. They've provided GUI tools to do 
stuff, but they've fragmented settings all over the place, 
so you have to hunt down one GUI tool to do this task, 
hunt down some other GUI tool to do another task, etc.

Not to mention the propensity of MS patches to change 
system settings to what *they* think it should be, and 
nonchalantly weaken security or break server apps.
