Thats a situation where using a table to layout the page 
(while doing formatting with CSS) would give something 
better looking than a page dependent on CSS for all of 
its formatting.

Another weird question - many browsers now let you 
send a page to somone else via email. Many mail 
clients render HTML in email. If someone emails a web 
page that depends on CSS for its formatting, how well 
does it come across in mail clients?
