1) To my knowledge you can't direct one only, you will most likely need to
direct both.
Use a JavaScript to redirect those who have JS enabled. I'd give you the
code for this but I can't remember it and no longer have a copy but it's
only one line besides the <SCRIPT> tags
For those who have JS disabled you will need to use the Meta-Refresh tag
set to switch pages
a couple of seconds longer than it takes the JS to switch pages.
This should only take 1 or 2 seconds to redirect them to the new page using
the above method.
