Pop-Up Window Help Needed

Hi folks,

I need some help.  I've put together a Web site where people are coming to 
register for HTML workshops.

When they click the "Register Now" button, a pop-up window appears which 
contains the registration form.  The problem is that if they happen to 
click off of that pop-up and back to the main page, then they re-click the 
"Register Now" button a 2nd time, it won't bring the pop-up back to the 
front again.  That pop-up is still open, but it's behind the main window 
and some people may not realize that.

I've tried putting using the javascript focus and blur stuff in the Body 
tag, but in Internet Explorer that seems to make it that you can't type 
anything into the form fields.

Can someone check this out and provide some advice?  The page is at
