IF the advertisers received the 'average' CTR on their advertising ... that
means to get 500 clicks to an advertiser, you'll need 1,000,000 viewings of
the advertisement (roughly 500,000 views per month) at a .05% CTR. Unless
the advertiser is very targeted, then the CTR would be higher and wouldn't
need as many viewings. If the site is a narrow/focused site, will it get
that many viewings?

Go to http://www.orbitcycle.com/ the "Orbit Cycle" ad banner (ad cube, etc)
rotating program can give you the information you want. It shows how many
times an advertisement is viewed, and how many times it was clicked on. I
understand you can set it up so that each advertiser can ONLY see their own
advertising stats. Best of all, it's free :-)
Though, if an advertiser still *insists* they didn't get the visitor, don't
know what you could do to 'prove' it?
