Yes, but as a former TheCounter customer, that 13% is derived from those
sites running it's counter, right? At least that's how they used to spit
out their stats.
I also know more and more people are getting away from using counters, so
that could be affecting that company's reports.
I know my webalizer stats are all over the place depending on the site and
the audience, which is probably as it should be.
