I ran AgentWebRanking on it using "cargo bar" against AltaVista, Google,
and Yahoo! It didn't show up in the first 15 pages of any of them, even
though a "host:" search shows that the host is in AV's database. In fact,
a SavvySearch <http://savvy.search.com> meta search with _all_ sources only
found it at dmoz.org and NBCi.com (was snap.com).

The only thing that works is the same thing that has always worked:
hand-crafted meta tags on pages that avoid common SE spamming
techniques. Tiny text and color-on-color text are quick ways to get
dropped with many of the majors.
