centering text

Hi,

I have an odd problem, that should have been easy to solve, but now has me 
stumped!

I have text in a nested table cell, and I want it centered. I've tried 
setting the align on the cell, using CSS and even using p align. Nothing 
works. It still sits just to the left of center. Any ideas?

I've put some space in the code and comments to make the odd table easier 
to find.
