Re: Formatting question

Re the monthly newsletter issue.  First, Microsoft offers an optional 
add-on for Word that saves files as HTML without as much of the excess 
code:  search their Office site.  Second, you might consider putting the 
newsletter in PDF format:  I have a plug-in I bought from Adobe years ago 
that enables me to save Word files as PDF documents, which, if you used 
something similar, would ensure that each newsletter would look like its 
printed counterpart.

Neither uses frames, but each is quite navigable.
