INTRO TO COMPUTER PROGRAMMING
I can't recommend this enough. Richard is an excellent teacher and supplies
us all with wonderful add-ins/lessons from Frank Boumphrey. Since I'm new to
programming, I'll probably take this one again. It was so much fun the first
time!
CSS
This class was excellent. I highly recommend any course taught by Gretchen
Lowerison. She is patient and gives excellent online lectures that complement
the readings in the book. She also teaches a great Paint Shop Pro course.
FLASH
I don't recommend this class. The instructor tried to cover way too many
things in too short a time and students had to follow verrrry rigid
assignments to the letter or else fail for the week.
Students must sit down with a book and teach themselves how to do all the
things required in the assignments, which are not mentioned in lectures.
That made me wonder what the heck I was paying for.
Save your $60! You can sit down with a book for free!
JAVASCRIPT
I took the Javascript class and thought it was pretty good. I think that the
course description should warn off those of us without much computer
programming knowledge. It's definitely not for beginners!
