Hi Frances,

I just deployed NMS for the first time yesterday myself - always using 
Matt's when the only option that I had was a cgi-script.  I too found taht 
it will only mail to the first contact in the list if you choose not to 
have the mailto list in the form in a hidden field i.e., <input 
type="hidden" "recipient" value="name(at)address.com, name2(at)address.com">

Another option for you may be something like Bravenet 
(www.bravenet.com).  They have several free services, one of them is a mail 
form.  You do need to have their little banner at the bottom of the page 
though, but it's small and unobtrusive in most cases in my opinion.
