RE: ALT attribute

my guess is that your alt attribute isn't working because of another error
in your code.  particularly if you're using tables, you might make sure that
all your table cells are closed, all your quotation marks have the ending
ones...  try validating your code in homesite or one of the many on-line
places and that should help you out...  also, make sure that you aren't
using any weird characters within the alt tag (perhaps you have an
apostrophe somewhere?)
