Those are XML standards. To be XML compliant, ALL tags have to be lower
case, and tags that don't have available end tags -- <br> doesn't, but <p>
does -- have to include the ending slash as you show below. That will
include (eek!) <img> tags and <hr> tags too. 

By the way, if you are going to start using <br /> and other XML standards,
keep that space in there, because NN4.x browsers can't recognize <br/>.

I can't comment on whether or not NN5 will require XML compliance. I can't
believe it will FORCE compliance, since I figure about 99.999% of the web
sites out there are NOT XML compliant.

More probably, NN5 will SUPPORT XML standards, but still be backward
compatible.
