The short answer is "you can't". The main frameset page will show in the
address window, even as you navigate to other pages in your site (as long as
you don't leave the original frame).

Ways around it? The visitor can bookmark your "main" page (at least in NN)
by right clicking their mouse while over that frame and choosing "Add
Bookmark". I don't know how to do it in IE.

You might also consider having more than one "frameset" page for major areas
of your site. Also, consider submitting your sub-pages (those that appear in
the frames) to the search engines by themselves, so they can be found.

Or, like me, you can decide to stop using frames all together.
